my room is 10'x12'x12' tall with 2-1000 watts 10inch exhaust up high and fresh air intake from outside to in. down low across the room. The fresh air from outside is 90-100 degrees. I cooled the lights and added a ac. What is the ideal temp. and hum. at the top of my babys. Iam at 18/6 lights off at the warmest parts of the day. Are there cheaper way to cool my room this time of year, if not is the ac good for my room? norcal to hottttt! thanxs.

you have to switch your light schedule for 18/6 go on at 4pm and off at 10 am while in veg the transition should be no problem. also I found that the intake fans can make the ac pretty useless but if you shut it down you will need to add co2 I live in socal i think I heard it 111 today here. My rooms around 80 with the lights off, at night with the lights on it goes to 84.

the intake is off when the ac is on. Is the air still good for the babys to breath.

It all depends on your co2 levels, you can get a tester they are glass tubes they sell them at the hydro store if you dont have a digital reader. I use a ppm2 myself.

ya just the regular levels in the air when your intake is off for a while the co2 gets depleted from the air anything below 250 ppm your plants pretty much stop growing.
