cut it at the very bottom and then melt the edges. It will give you a stronger pull.

even know its bad for you i just cut a hole in the cap and cover it with tin foil then put holes in it

just buy a 3 dollar slider from a head shop, or just use foil.

What I do is get a socket and heat up the middle of the cap and push that baby in there. It makes a nice little bowl.
