You can stop hating

Last night during a meditation I found something within myself, something insidious and existent in everyone. I call it justification. It is a little part of your brain, working in the background, telling your consciousness why you are justified in your hate, your fear, your resentment, all your negativity. It tells you that you are justified in hating that person with the wrong idiology, it tells you why you must prove the other guy wrong in his philosophy, it tells you that your feelings and thoughts are justified, that those with other feelings and thoughts are an enemy of yours.

This is what makes you hate, this is what makes you feel consumed with the need to defeat that which you're sure is wrong, to convince others to think on your wavelength, and destroy those you will not. But just consider, for a moment, that the existence of god is not the most important thing, the nature of reality is not the most important thing, the philosophy you're absolutely certain is right is not the most important thing. The most important things are the results. The most important thing is to attain a world of unity (even in disagreement), of love, of peace. Kill that little area in your brain driving you separate, and categorize, your enemies from your allies. Stop allowing it to give council to your consciousness, and let compassion be the driving force from within. That little area in your brain is nothing but a primitive bi-product of the ego, a part that keeps you convinced reality ceases to exist beyond your perception, even if you know otherwise intellectually.

Who's right and who's wrong is irrelevant, how we can work together and teach each other, to the end ideal of peace, is the much higher goal.

Fear and hate are two destructive emotions that weaken our immune system the most. There are actual internal body chemicals released that effect this.

It has been shown that interleukin therapy for cancer can cost $40,000 yet what stimulates a person to the point of intoxication produces thousands of dollars worth of interleukins.........A roller coaster ride at majic mountain, riding a horse, hiking or like you say, meditation.

Hatred is a deadly toxin to the immune system and fear is just as deadly.

There are six major factors that effect the immune system.

1. antibiotic overuse and misuse
2. Pollution and environmental toxins
3. stress and emotional state
4. genetic makeup
5. lifestyle
6. Nutritional status


The Chinese and East Indians have known for thousands of years the effects of negative emotions on the immune system.

When you hate others it can only be returned to you the same. The same holds true with other positive emotions. Its an energy dynamic. You can only get from the world what you give to the world.

Albert Einstien even embraced this concept of emotional energy dynamics.

Therefore we should always be careful what we wish on others. Wise men have said, "want better for others than we do ourselves".

to add, in theory:

if there were a man who believed that killing people was a natural part of his life because he has the ability to do it, and he believes that having the ability to do something means that you should demonstrate it, should you not argue with this man in an attempt to prove to him that there is something beyond his ignorant way of thinking? if not simply for him, then perhaps you should argue with this man in order to maybe save the life of his next victim?

i do think that there is something absolutely right in the world, and if i had the willpower i bet i would fight for it as much as possible.

basically what im getting at is that there is existance beyond the life of the individual. to accept that you arent permanent allows you, as an individual, to fight for the immortality of the human race.

Lasting peace is impossible to attain. It's human nature to disagree and to kill. I don't hate other philosophies or relgions. To each his own right? But what does piss me off is fuckign Islam because their religion tells them to take over the fucking planet in the name of "allah and his prophet". Any religion or philosophy that imposes control on me or that wants me dead is worth my hate. And that's at the very least.

Hey LordSmack, I'm glad I caught up w/ you. I sure enjoyed our tag team last weekend.........just wanted you to know that I wouldn't turn around and cut your balls off. I wasn't clear on a post .......this has bothered me, ..just wanted to clarify.

Islam is a real problem, This fight and hate goes all the way back to Abraham and his two sons. Issac and Ishmael. God promised to make Abraham's descendents His People, and to reveal Himself through them ......as a blessing for the close walk that the two of them enjoyed.

Abraham chose to attempt to hurry the process along, and went into his wife's hand maid, due to Sarah's bareness, and she bore Ishmael. He later had Issac, thru whom the promise was fulfilled (thru his own wife). Islam came out of the Ishmaelites who also hold Abraham ........as their spiritual father.

Any attempts on our part to bring about the purposes of God, ahead of Him, will bear Ishmael's. Religion is an Ishmael.......again mans attempt to bring about the purposes of God, on our own. The first King in Israel, did this and lost His throne. I can get on here and operate in my own heart of offense ......and religiously accuse, and bear my own Ishmael's ....I have some floating around the boards ...they do alot of harm.

Islamic hijackings began very early with their replacement of Issac with Ismael, in there "Holy" book, When God asked Abraham to go and offer Issac as a sacrifice on a certain hill outside of a town called Salem, later called Jerusalem. God stopped him, but it showed Abraham's devotion to with hold nothing. Abraham here was a prophetic "type" where God interestingly offered His own Son on that same hill, some 2000 years later. Manuscripts of this story .......were recovered, dating back way before the period of the Kings.

Someone on another thread appropriately mentioned that God condemned the practice of the sacrifice of a child. But to throw out the cruxifiction Of Christ based on those particular judgements is to ignore this specific passage that relates clearly to it.....Some cultures of the day would "pass their children thru the fire". I can actually understand his confusion, But he had to ignore this entire section, ......... ironically points to Christ's death at that very place.

Islam is a mirror image opposite of God, as He is revealed thru these accumulated manuscripts. He is the "prince of Peace" in the writings we know, I am not aware of any ancient manuscripts that support Islam. They took what was there and hijacked them. Same tactics ....hasn't changed.....nothing new.....theirs is a God (Demon) of war and hate. A breeding ground for the Taliban. People here do not know what Demonic religious intolerance is. Try living under these people in Iraq. Mirror opposites, coming from two mirror opposite sons, ..... that fought in the same home .....of their same spiritual father Abraham.

I wanted to get back to you before I left the boards, LordSmaug. I have made a some friends, but I am getting suck into the biting and devourering, that effects both sides of this issue. I am looking forward to meet Shelbay and Her husband some time. I enjoyed ya LordSmaug, Beach, Gray, Binz, Mr.D and many others. It's just time to go. If I helped just one here, ......... Actually all of you have helped me. I believe that I may have gotten more out of this than anyone, thankyou. I offered some music from a friends website.
