Just wanted to pop in and say hello while I'm on my day off and baked (which is more of a rarity than I would like these days). Happy Friday! Anyone have any good plans for the weekend? :stoned:

No plans for the weekend. Oh yeah! I'm seeing Steppenwolf this Sat. :) That'll be sweet.

As for today though, I plan on going biking again. I did 16km yesterday, so I want to push for 20km today. I smoke, then bike bike bike, then smoke, then, so on so on.

If anything gets done it will be exactly that! Our 12 track has been fucking up and not saving anything we put on it, recording is starting to kick me in the ass.

Hey, MJITC! Good to see a post from you, hon! Have missed talking with you. You must have been busy lately.

I plan to swim this weekend, stay cool, do some cooking, and just basically relax. We may go see the movie "The Devil Wears Prada."

wow so is smoking before working out really effective? i have yet to try it..
i assumed it would be a bit difficult to breathe after all that smoking.
oh and hi MJITC, long time no see you post :)

Oh and Devils wears Prada is a pretty good movie imo. I liked it mostly for the clothes that were in it i hope you enjoy it as much as i did. :cool:

Much love to you all, I've really missed it around here. I work too damn much!

BirdGirl- Devil Wears Prada was a really cute movie, but you probably won't like it as much if you already read the book. I went to see it with my Mom, and we had both read it awhile back, and we kept waiting for things to happen that never did. But it was still a really cute movie! :)

Glad to see everyone is enjoying themselves!

What sort of work do you do, MJITC? If I've ever heard you say it before, I must have forgotten.

We went to see "The Devil Wears Prada" tonight and just got home a bit ago. It was cute. I haven't yet read the book, but now I want to. I think Meryl Streep was wonderful, but everyone I've talked to who's read the book said she wasn't the physical type described in the book.

Seeing that movie made me wish I knew more about fashion. I knew most of those designers' names, but if I were really knowledgeable, I'd have had more of a clue about the clothing and the designs themselves. Most of that was pretty well lost on me.
