Yeah so with school coming up I was wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas to help me juggle doing good in school and still smoking like everyday. Is it okay to wake and bake before school or will i not be able to take it? Share some experiences or give some advice. thanks.

Save it for the weekends. Work hard and play hard. You won't be sorry. Then when you get a break like summer or spring and all that, go all out, but dont get busted!!

I don't understand how you can smoke and that causes you to fail at things

here is my advice to any highschool student, weed can or cannot be a factor, it honestly doesnt matter. unless you are trying really hard to keep your grades up to get into a good school or get scholarships then just do what you want. i really regret trying my first year of highschool. it was pointless fruitless work. honestly, it means nothing. all you need to do is keep the gpa around a 3 and youll get into any state school as long as you dont completely mess up your sat or act or whatever youll have to take.

about smoking. if you smoke during school, dont complain if you get caught, you had it coming. the same kind of goes for before but you wont get caught. for college once i started getting good grades my rule for smoking was dont get high before anything class related, which is class, studying, and homework. and you might think that doesnt leave a lot of time, but wait until you see all the free time you have during the day in school. id say between day and night youll still have a good 6-8 hours to smoke

dont be stupid. save the pot for afterschool. You do not realize how important your education really is right now. The fact that you can not handle the two together already, means you need to stop smoking during classes. dont even try to do both, it isnt worth it. who wants to be a dummy for the rest of your life? get good grades, get a good job, and grow your own and smoke all you want then! you have years and years to be stoned, dont blow it too early...

speaking from expirience... and a teachers point of view...

Everyone is different so you have to use it in a way that is going to benefit you. If you smoke and find that you do worse on schoolwork, then I'd save it for after school or in the evenings. However, if smoking helps you to perform better, than you smoke when you're most comfortable. I know for me, even know, I can't smoke when I have alot of data to deal with....numbers, reports, spreadsheets, etc. If I just need to review or read something, then smoking actually helps me to focus more and come up with questions.

Yeah I agree...find out what is best for you.
As weed affects my memory so badly if I smoked before or during college I wouldn't remember anything that happened.

So i used to get home do any extra work that needed to be done and then get stoned after it was all done...

Also I would try and avoid getting in the habit of smoking right before you go to bed....

Just my opinion :)

As long as you don't have pot as the most ideal thing to do in life your fine. If you start to realize bud is overtaking every objective in your life, you should work to control it.

if you're really unsure you can always try it just for the first day and if its good for you then you can do it. there isnt a 100% for sure solution for this, trial and error but just know when to draw the line. its your own judgement here really.
i for one did not smoke in high school, i had too many things to worry about. but thats me. good luck!

Smoking in High Scool would make that 7+ hour day seem alot longer. I didnt smoke at all till college, were I was high 24/7, but still manage to graduate in 5 years. The key to that is to just go to all the important classes everytime and don't skip.

But in high school man just wait till afternoon, youll get higher anyway. And oh yea!! If I could go back in time, at lunch in high school I would smoke out all the hot chicks that like to bake, and maybe get a lil action!?

I get more things done when I'm stoned, and I absorb information better too.

I guess it depends on what effect it has on you.
