I never eat it. Usually I will have a couple shots instead and eat around 6 or 7 at night. I only eat twice a day and go all day without food. Not because I dont have money. Im just not really hungry. Whats this about? I feel like I can only eat when Im high and then I over eat. Anyone have any suggestions?

Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day, didn't you know that? : ) I also don't it it too often, but hey, when I do, it does make a difference throughout my day. Eggs do that to some people I suppose.

maybe u don't have a whole lot of good food that looks apetizing:D i mean i usually can't eat breakfeast either but if there was like bacon, all crispy from the skillet i would eat a whole pan, or fuckin donuts dude! u gota like donuts right? i mean dunkin donuts is the shit does anyone have one of those around besides me, the all chocolate and glazed ones w/ some nice hot morning coffee makes me feel great first thing in the morning (especially after a nice wake and bake in the shower, o man) ya dude just get some bacon and donuts and i you're stomach would be crazy not to want it!

Eat something, anything, for breakfast. Whatever sounds good. You have to get your metabolism started up. Just eat little things through the day. It's better to just toss some fuel on the fire whenever it needs it instead of a huge log every few hours. I usually just make beef and vegetable soup for breakfast.

Flattened chicken embryos are excellent with toast and hash browns. (Ha-ha)

If you don't have that, then eat hot pockets. They're actually really good. Or Aunt Jimima (sp) has a great selection of microwavable products.

Just eat something. Even if you make it small, you just have to make sure you eat something at a regular time during the day.

Weed or not, I always sleep past breakfast. I always wake up at noon.
I usually skip breakfast and lunch and just eat dinner almost everyday.
Which is good because I have munchy problems so I have to plan my highs with my dinner plans.
I wish I could have smoked earlier but that would lead to devouring the whole kitchen and I'm on a diet..

i don't get to eat much anymore cause iam sooo broke iam lucky if i get to eat twice a day i have lost at least 24lbs in the past few months cause i can't find a job so eat something dude

i know what you meen dude. i too find it hard to eat without smoking. its like, im kind of hungrey all the time, but i dont feel like eating. vits been 3 days since i smoked last and i've already lost 7 pounds, and i dont have anything too lose. guess i will just have to call my dealer...

On one hand, I can understand. Some days I eat 3 squares, and other days I may only have a couple pieces of fruit. It depends on how hungry I am b/c I don't want to eat if I'm not hungry. But on the other hand, shots in the morning is no better and a definite indicator of a problem. You should always try to eat a little something for breakfast. Even on days when I don't eat much, I'll at least have a vitamin and a english muffin.

for some reason i see a lot of you saying that you skip meals for dieting... its a terrible idea. if anything this is what you want to do: 6 meals, every 3 hours, but small ones and healthy ones. not only does this keep you from snacking on unhealthy shit in between meals but it also keeps your metabolism a lot fucking faster than 1 meal a day.

if you guys wanna lose weight, starving yourself is one of the slowest and most unnatural ways to do it. if you wanna lose, buy yourself a shit load of steak, eat a hefty piece every night and 2 hours later go to the gym and work out. u will be amazed at how toned ur body will look.

when you work out, you lose weight evenly on your body, but starving yourself only makes you lose it in a few places, leaving other ones fat.

ever seen a skinny looking guy with a big ass stomach or thin but still has man tits? well either they just have too much estrogen in their body or they never worked their chest when they lost weight.

btw guys i was 5'6 and 250 pounds and im 5'9 and 170 now so im speaking from experience!!
