Neptunes 2-3-1 fish/seaweed

ive been using this and their 2-4-1 formula for vegging outside. Should i switch to the traditional 12-55-12 type of fert. or just keep on using the 2-4-1 fish formula. My plants are stiffening up and stretching right now gettin ready to start flowering.
