I was looking into building my own scrubber and either having a 265 or 465 Hydrofarm active air blower (squirrel cage) for my exhaust vent. Someone in a nother post suggested I just get the "Can 2600 can filter" since it held three times the carbon and costs about the same. My only concern is will my fans be too strong for this filter as it only has a rating of 94 CFM? I would think that these fans would not allow the odor to be in contact with the carbon long enough to disipate it. Commenst would be appreciated expecially from people who have setup like this.

My cu ft is 286 with 1 x 400 hps. I will be having superskunk as kids so I need to have my scrubber work effectively as possible.

Ok...just got with the guy at a store and I think I will be going with this setup:

Hydrofarm Active air blower 265 CFM pulling through a Can-Filter 9000 118 CFM. I figure with the 4-5 foot of ducting that I will use to attach the fan and filter that it should lower the CFM's a little and provide adequate time/contact for the odor/carbon.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated as I will be ordering this tomorrow.
