wow i was expecting everyone to say that it was good. i live in florida and our price for normal dank (sativa) is $50 for an eighth. thus being purple haze, i figured that $65 would be about right. o well ive never smoked it so im still gonna pay the $65 cuz we rarely get anything better than reggies.

It depends where you live. Around here, 3.5 grams of Purple Haze would be well worth $65. Other places, it would be considered a rip off.

What is it so hard to understand about the differences in price based on location?

A lot of people do try to jack up the prices for the popular name strains like Purple Haze, White Widow, Sour Diesel, etc and just because thats the strain, doesen't mean it was cured properly.

its totally dry in my area except for lemon kush and haze that used to go for 65 an eighth but prices just got raised to like 75. there is no other weed in this city it sucks

i know that the reggies would be a better deal. i normally pay about $60 an ounce for some nice regs which is a damn good deal cuz i can sell two quarters and have a half o for $10. but im gettin tired of that body high and im craving somethin fresh. i want to feel that heady sativa high and i sure as hell want to try some purple so im gonna go for it this time.

That is a wee bit pricey, but not terribly harsh. But my honest opinion would be to save that money and go by something else. Maybe I just have higher standards, and don't get me wrong... I love the Haze, but there is better stuff out there. Haze is widely popular because of its name. But whateva'! Dank is dank!

US prices scare me sometimes. Why so expensive? I'm guessing harsher marijuana laws, not so flexiable.

Most of the product that comes through is from next door province or homegrown. Homegrown is my fav. as the growers just go off forever about how your herb was grown. :thumbsup:

There was a strain called Purple Haze in the '70's which apparently wasn't very good and is now extinct. There is a new Purple Haze strain, however, that is often sold in the Cannabis Clubs for medical use.

Some strains are naturally purple. Some strains can be made to go purple by exposing them to cold temperatures. I'venever heard of anyone spraying anything on buds to make them purple. Maybe some ghetto dealer with a can of spray paint but I've never seen or heard of it.

That being said, just because the bud is purple doesn't mean it's going to be good. Just like green weed. Be careful paying high prices for something just because it's purple.

you obviously havn't had og kush/payed for it. It's $65-70/eigth... but when you get those nugs, you realize that it was worth it :-) 0.3 got me and 2 other people really stoned... like my legs felt like jello kind of in a good way

I mean, "High Times" grade and this is true for most major cities in the USA.

Anyways, a couple of homies and I went up to Canada and we were fucking amazed. Canadians have it reeeeeal good. We were driving in British Columbia and saw a piece of carboard nailed to a tree that said: Herbs This Way ->
We then proceeded to buy 1/8th of B.C. Bud and have a smokefest.
