ive got an outdoor plant, and i was wondering if i cover it and give it 12/12 will it be forced to show its sex..?

ok thx, its coming up on about 6 weeks old but seems kind of small
i planted it sometime in the last week of may.... heres some pictures

so i keep it covered 12/12 until it shows sex,
if its female sex and i want it to flower what should i make the light cycle then... this is my first time growing by the way:o im trying to learn some info so i know what im really doing next time.

yes 12/12 for the rest of its life once it shows sex, that plant does look small especially for being out-of-doors for its age. or just let nature take its course and let it grow till it buds naturaly.
