Save the male plants!

Don't kill male plants - put them outside somewhere. Then you'll be contributing to a natural population of cannabis. Sow your male and female seeds everywhere. There's not much pot growing naturally in the US because there's mostly female plants and people are getting rid of the males.

This is the idea - how can the government possibly control a plant if it's growing all over the place? I'll save a couple of females to grow inside, but then I'll take all my other seeds and plant them or throw them in the woods. Then I forget about them so they can grow wild and multiply. The seeds will not only grow in that area but will be spread out by animals that eat the plants. Cannabis being a resilient plant would probably take over some areas. You would not have to wait months for a plant to grow - you could just go for a walk and pick some fresh buds whenever you want.

I'm not really sure how many seeds there are or how long it takes them to fully develop - someone here might know.

I usually just toss all my seeds outside - I don't always keep track of them or go back to check them. Just look for places where cannabis might grow well and see what happens. If everyone started doing this, the shit would be growing everywhere!

midnight- i agree with you, there should be more cannabis plants just growing naturally in the wild.....anytime i have seeds im always trying to find people to grow it so it will spread like wildfire....the only bad part about this idea is contaminating the outdoor guirilla grows with the pollen. And i recently had my female plant pollinated, i have about 150-200 seeds from one plant.

Come on everyone let's start a campaign to seed the world!There's a set of walking trails just a 5-minute walk from my house which total about 10 miles and they're all deep in the woods. So I won't look suspicious walking through the woods with a backpack.


I should have posted this earlier during the spring, but any time is a good time to start saving seeds. Some of your seeds might not last a year in storage, but the more the better.

And the gov already got rid of them once.
And that was back in the day.
Before all the good weed killer we got now.
Pull the roots and the plant is dead.
Last year they pulled half a million plants out in the hills around my town.
So people are alrady trying this.
Just to grow.
And it doesn't keep the plants around.
Plus plant a male outside and pollinate your nieghboors sensi plants.
If you pollinated my plant with your male.(say I was your nieghboor)
I would be so pissed at you.
I'd probably never talk to you again.

The pollen is released when the pods flop over and open. They look like tiny yellow-green flowers.

Cutting them off would prevent them releasing pollen but it's hard to get them all and really not worth the risk.

You can also spray them with water, neem, or wilt-pruf to make the pollen non-viable BUT THIS IS NOT 100% GUARANTEED TO WORK.

So please everyone just kill your males and save the other growers in your town a big headache. Please?

i just wanted to throw this in. ln millwauke county wisconsin there is a huge problem with wild weed growing everywhere. Each year the cops rip up and burn tons of the stuff and burn it. This has been going on for years and they stil cant get it all. thanks to people encouraged to call it in. i would love the idea of a forest of bud every where but until someone develops a plant that only develops maybe 100 seeds per pound of bud so it can still reproduce then i say plant them somwhere far away so there is no chance to pollonate your good sedless plants

I agree. Stinky is just pointing out that "your way" of growing is quite selfish. you want seeded bud, we don't. By growing our way, we cause no harm or differences in your plants. By you growing your way does in fact interfere with our sinsemilla. That is NO BEANS IN OUR BUD!
I bet if our growing our way, in some way had the ability of mutating and killing your plants as well, you probably wouldn't tell us "It's totally cool man, I don't mind you ruining my crop that I poured my heart into. You grow your way man, and I'll grow mine"

Already being done by me and my friend. He brought me hundreds of decent bud seedlings and me and him walked through some areas with handfulls scattering them. I feel as if im helping the environment as well as it's enhabitors :)

since i'm a indoor grower and tossing a few seeds here and there is a great idea...helping the earth out to become what she use to be till the government started fucking things up...i say lets rebel against our government cuz the Revolution is coming and there is no way they can stop all of us. Cannabis is native to India, and is an introduced species in North America. It was originally grown here to make hemp ropes, and some of the seed escaped. Cannabis does still grow wild in India though, and there are no attempts to eradicate it there.

Most cannabis seeds you'd get have been bred for large potent buds, and would not do so well in the wild. If you want to get cannabis seeds that would do well in the wild, see if you can get ahold of that wisconsin ditch weed seed. :)

but by tossing seeds all over a specific area you're asking for attention to be drawn to that area. that attention could be that of law enforcement which could lead them to trying to track you down or someone else guerilla growing in that area who is trying to do it discreetly

Itd be more selfish of the outdoor growers to not want to sacrifice a cpl sensi grows for an idea that could change the governments minds on prohibiton. If every person on these boards, and all their friends spread seeds everywhere they could this idea just might work, but i for one will not drop a single seed until a unanamous decision is reached, i wouldnt mind rebelling against the government but i would rebel against a fellow grower. heres an idea.why dont you just take the male pollen and put it in a tube then sprinkle it on one of your females to get a bunch of seeds,plant them wherever then check on them in a couple months kill the males and repeat the process so theres only seeds in 1 plant and the rest are good:thumbsup:

Any grower who would like to make seeds and preserve the sacred herb, it is very simple to do so! There's a quick instruction on page 22 of D.Rock's grow. Please, if you want to make seeds, do it within the privacy of your own home! :D
