tried to find it, must not be using the correct words to search for it....

bummer that it's gone....I actually did make a good connection when I went to NYC (got ripped off once from a MOM scam as well, unfortunately).... :mad:

so...feedback is that it's a shame that it was removed...it was a helpful part of cannabis.com...I guess law enforcement or whatever got in the way...some day it will be legal here, and making a connection won't be such a hassle.... :stoned:

I'm not picking on her ... read her previous posts, she has been beating this issue of how the owners want to run their own website into the ground ... it's getting old fast ...
once again, it's called "cannabis.com" for a reason, ... the previous owners decided to turn it loose on every non-cannabis issue imaginable, just to make a buck, but it is slowly being cleaned up by the new owner, and I think they deserve congratulations for their efforts to be socially responsible, not constantly criticized ... this is a FREE website, and polite suggestions aside, I don't think the owners need to be berated for enforcing their own rules, ... if someone can't abide, they should go make their own website, and run it any way they like ... end of story ... :smokin:

I notice that the rules you link me to are dated in 2004...however, I did use the "wanted" board in April of this year....so, even though you had those guildlines previously, you were allowing posts that contained e-mail addy and people asked to be hooked up....

Was there a specific problem that caused you to remove that board in the past few months, or was it more for general safely that you took it down?

AHHHHH....I see! I think your looking at the right hand corner which has the join date.....the actual post is in the left hand corner. Since "04" the ownership has changed over and some of the things from old are now different. Actually, it was the previous owner, Ron, that deleted the adds board.

As for the reason.....I'm just a mod, not the owner. When I visit someones house I don't question their rules but instead enjoy their hospitality.....in short, enjoy what we have to offer.

I was just posting feedback on the appropriate board...it was something that worked out for me, and it's a shame that the "wanted" section had to be removed...it's general feedback, and it is unfortunate that the current legal (or otherwise) environment is such that it had to be removed...

IMHO, the idea of two people hooking up is a good one. I think the PM system should be turned on so if someone has something like, say, salvia and someone like me were interested, I could contact them...Just to keep it off the boards, you know? I mean, what harm could the -PRIVATE- message system do?

On the average there are at least 75 members on here with over 500 guests.........LOW figures. Now take all them people shooting PM's to each other. Remember a lil' bit back........"Server is busy".

the wanted section was good but for somereason every1 basically put me in charge of the scammers lol i used to get hundreds of emails a week from ppl but i did my bit to help ppl. but im glad the section is gone it brought the wrong kind of attention to the site

New to the web cite. Is the wanted board still active. Would be nice to meet like minded folks. This is a start. Growing up in S.F. spoiled me. All you had to do was walk the streets to meet groovy people. It was the happening thing to do. VA sucks!

I mean Dea or Interpol can research my site but they can say "nothing" ;)

my question is:
I wanna jump into business with cann.com for the banner ads
"If I want a legal receipt from you......do you send any legal document(s) to my firm for this "banner ads business"?...or you have any "legal" guarantee about it?...

Im kinda curious about this too because I sent in my money weeks ago for my membership and I have got nothing for it. I dont know if it just got pocketed or what.. Ive tried contacting "the buisness side" but I cant get a hold of anyone. I dont want to resort to just telling everyone not to send in $25 for membership because its just a waste of money but I dont know what other recorse I have. And $25 is much less than $990! I hope my issue gets straightened out but if you still see "Registered" under my name then the issue is not resolved.

2nd, aaron385, can you tell us where you sent the money? membership program has been on hold for months now ever since ownership change and if you sent it in to Psychotropics cornucopia, then you have sent it to the wrong place and the previous owner,

we have never given out our address for membership reasons. currently there is NO MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM running. all members currently are of the old membership program and they will remain so until we decide what to do membership and reorganize it.

email us directly at [email protected] and someone will take a look over things for you. we can contact the previous owner for you to see if they know the whereabouts of the money. please send us details via email
