Nothing. If recieving and ur name is the reciever and a fake sending name im pretty sure nothing can happen unless they prove u wanted it to happen. Otherwise legally it could be just as easily a gift from osama bing laden. Whenever ive seen poeple send it they are just worried about making it a fake send name. But dont take my word completely on it as i am not speaking by fact. Also damn im baked too and its really good bud and im jus correcting most of my words because this is supposed to be a respectable site because of all the eyes watching it. Well who knows but ima get higher u think this is sativa and i love it. Also hypothetically it should be sent inconspicuously and no ties to anyone involved with it.:rasta:



Edit: Being so high i substituted my "large" amount for what yours may be So if it was hypothetically 200 Kilos through the usps to an apartment in san diego then I have no idea they could at least watch the reciever and will definitely look for the sender.

You could you say you have no idea who sent it and you've never smoked weed in your life. They can't prove you know the person who sent it, it probably wouldn't have a return address.
It's not like they're going to raid your house and drug test you because someone mailed you something.

If it was 1/4 you'd probably get arrested and the police would assume you were possessing the drugs in order to distribute and more than likely you'll be founded guilty and sent to prison for a year max with a fine of atleast $1,000. If it was an 8th probably not taken that serious, not that big of a bust :p.

the only way you can be popped is if you accept the package and then was to be popped with possession...

so if someone is on to you they wud wait till you are holding...
