I've only smoked tobacco a few times. I generally try to avoid it. Sometimes I really feel like smoking a cigarette but, luckily, I don't have any at those times.

I was always able to go without one for a day or two no problem so I never really worried about addiction. Then recently every last smoker friend of mine quit or graduated. After trying to make it 2 weeks thrice I realize how bad my addiction is.

This post just shockingly reminded me its nearing three years this month since I started

I don't smoke ciggies.

Used to, stopped when I started feeling cravings and tried out Cannabis instead.

I used to smoke cigs and quit. It was more of a mental thing with me. I didn't seem to have much of a physical dependency for them even though I used to smoke alot. It was more of a habit and a social thing. I just quit cold turkey. It's really hard if your drinking and everybody else is smoking, that's when I start to fiend for one. The patch helped a couple of my friends fight off the cravings and eventually quit.

also they are just so damn bad for you. just do some research and listen to some of those people talk through the box. or the ones that are so addicted they are smoking through a hole in their throat after they had a tracheatomy.

I recently just finished college and went from a 10 pack (at least) a day to nothining on most days..

im starting to believe it's all in everyone's head....

so if you feel like you are in control imsure you are dude!!!

I've been smoking for going on 8 years and I can go days without smoking

It's all down to you a tthe end of the day!!

why do you smoke in the first place is the wuestion I would ask myself.....then I would move onto the next question
