bring me up to date

I just started this little plant a week ago and have decided
to grow it inside. I have no idea what strain it is but it has
some indicia in it for sure, it was out of a bag of weed my
friend had, all he said was it was good smoke.

I have not grown inside in a long time, since....well about 95.
What's the new-best light to use, its under a 250 Hps now.
That's what I had on hand. Ive been reading some of these
post on CFL's some info on those would be grate, lumens
and watts.

You should check out MObay threads. Hes been using CFLs lately and been having crazy ass grows. Just ask him, he has no problem helping a fellow grower out

Thanks BukDatAss from what i have herd they dont give off
to much heat and don't use a lot of power, which would be
perfect for the small space im using. I just need to figure out
the lumens so i can get the correct amount for my space.
