multi-flo ebb & flo

has anyone tried a multi-flow ebb & flo system. it consists of 2 gallon pots with clay pellets connected to a controller and resevoir. it looks pretty efficient and manageable. this system can be viewed online at www.hydroponics.net. Feedback please
