Does anyone know the impact a cop not reading miranda rights have after you been arrested, and if it stemmed charges, does it have any effect on them?

Not positive, but if they don't tell you your miranda rights AFTER you've been arrested, anything you say or do can't be held against you until your rights have been given...I think.

The only time the popos have to read you your rights is if they intend to use what you say against you in court. Even if you have lawyered up, that is asked for a lawyer and then you started a conversation with them they can use everything against you without having to read you your rights. The bottom line is say nothing, period. Even if they cant use what you say against you the chances are that you have given them some piece of info that they did not have. Bottom line shut up, ask for a lawyer, and shut up again. At this point every cop will lie to you, they can lie and its part of the job, you lie and its against the law. Say nothing no matter what they promise or threaten.
