My wife and I went house shopping last friday. We found a nice place and made an offer to buy it. Well to make a long story short it's now burned to the ground.

The funny part is the guy's realtor called and said he would hold us to the sales contract. lol

I laughed so hard at him he was pissed off. I thought it was a joke but he was not joking he said. I told him then he must stop doing crack before trying to play hard ball with me. roflmas.

I know for a fact the deal can and is canceled. The escrow company already canceled and faxed the papers to stop the deal and told me to stop payment on the check...lol

O well back to house hunting again, I bet I can buy cheaper now with all that burn damage everywhere in the mountains.

You got to love California Realtors they are so funny.......lol

Thought you might get a laugh out of this. I sure did. :dance:

Thats a good one Omega! That must such Zandor. I gotta look for a new place to live in 3 months. It'll be fun. I am going to get a house or an apartment with a basement! He he he. New grow room in basement the way I want to grow!

That is just the since of humor I have too. Like the time I sent rose stems and a dead fish to someone who I wanted to break up with but she did not take the hint the first 3 times. (That was back in my first year of college many, many years ago)
