Hello everyone my name is Ben, and i am currently a college student in Berkeley, i was interested in applying for a cannabis card because i have a bad sleeping disorder, and would like to use marijuana to relax once and while from school, ect....

My questions are, am i applicable for a cannabis card? If so where would you reccomended that i go? or do? to get one.

I am located in Berkeley, CA.
