Im sorry i didnt notice earlier, but seriously i forgot about him and just saw he was banned...can someone tell me what happened?

Right where it says "Registered", it'll be replaced with "Banned" :p.

It means they've paid the fee and become a Cafe Member. They're allowed to put whatever they want under their name instead of Registered, Skink put, 'See'Ya.'
