when u (unfortunatley) quit smoking the herb u start to have DREAMS... ive talked to a couple of people who also say they start to have dreams when they quit. I recently had to quit because of a job im trying to get, and man ill tell ya. I have been having some CrAzY ass dreams like none others. Why is this, something about weed supresses dreams. It could be a cure for people w/ nightmares or nightterrors whatever it may be. Maybe the herb puts u to sleep so good u dont even remember the dreams u had or something. Crazy shit.

I definately know what your talkin about. If I stop for a few days I start to dream like crazy. The only thing is, is that I dont really remember them too much. Its like, I know I had a crazy dream, but I just cant remember much about it.

You always dream, it's just that sometimes you don't remember it. Maybe something about THC supresses your sleep cycles (or maybe makes you awaken faster, going through the brain waves from dreaming to awake this fast makes you lose your dreams) So I dunno. Maybe you are waking up slower, and more naturally, so you are remembering your dreams better.

this is some weird shit man, i know people always have dreams but when i was smoking alot, it would seem like i would rarely have them, but i havn't been smoking in weeks and i swear i've been dreaming everyday for the past several weeks constantly(just being aware of them) shits crazy that u mentioned this for real. Oh and they are crazy ass dreams, sometimes their dreams that i dont like, not really nightmares, just shitty ass dreams and i'll sometimes wake up with a headache from it, oh well, the herbs comin back shortly!!!

Well hi everyone incidentally this is my first post
What you guys are experiencing and describing as "your dreams coming back to you" is part of THC withdrawl.
The dreams may be very intense in a good or bad way, freightening or fascinating, that you are given the sensation upon awakening that dreaming is back after going away for more than you can remember. :D At this point you should light up and forget the dreams haha, coz yer not gonna have any tonight THC inhibits the good kind of sleep that makes your cerebrum very active which in turn makes a portion of your sleep cycle very dreamy, REM sleep.
(You can look all this shit up..)
So what I'm saying is that you never lose your dreams totally it's just that there's a lot more going on and far more vividly during REM sleep.
People on the grower's forums seem to be missing a lot more REM than yer average Joe Toke :D
The fact you don't remember your dreams is not a direct effect of weed, it's coz u haven't got enough REM at night (which is a direct effect of weed)..
This is individual I guess... When I went months without smoking I definitely remembered more dreams, contrary to when I do smoke (that means all day every day). No doubt though that the CRAZIEST SCARIEST FUP SHIT dreams happen after not smoking for 2 days.
Last night I exploded in an aeroplane over Jaffa city and saw 3 people have their faces cut off, like half of the head with all the face on using a gauillotene(?) somewhere in Asia, 2 chiks and a blind guy who was told to say "goodbye". The juice that ran out was weird something like a dirty river and gallons of the stuff in a powerful stream.. Then I awoke. This was 6am sharp.. Breakfast and lunch were not necesary today. :upsidedow
Face it peeps, all them sweet sweet resins we smoke pack a punch on the psyche. It's good to flush out for a little every once in a while if you have lots of bud and like smoking it incessantly like myself.

Yes, like previously said THC interferes with your REM cycle of sleep.
Try smoking for 2 months straight, then suddenly quit.
Then before you go to bed, drink a big glass of milk and take a melatonin sleep supplement (an all natural sleep aid availible at most safeways or any drug store for like 5$ a bottle) and you will have the most vivid, intense, dramatic dreams of your life.

Whenever I dont smoke I always have really really bad dreams. Like either hurting people or even killing them or just experiencing something that makes me feel lonely or guilty its fucked up so i hate not smoking before i go to sleep.
