I've listened to every Floyd album imaginable, from their early early stuff like Piper At the Gates of Dawn, to some of their newest releases/greatest Hits like Echoes. I mean, their genre's changed so dramatically before and after Syd, but they still tried to keep those really deep, thought-provoking lyrics that Syd was always accustomed to. To me, they're one of the deepest bands because their lyrics can be so blunt but have so many hidden meanings to them.

UGH! I love Pink Floyd, I's could go on fo'eva, but still my favorite has to be Dark Side because it was the first album I ever heard by them. It will always have a special place in my heart because of this. =)

I'd have to say dark side of the moon, its just so chill and flows so well, sober or stoned. The wall is kind of dark and eerie if you know what i mean, still a good album. Did you hear syd passed away?

The thing that is cool about Floyd albums, and this is something that you can only discover if you have listened to each recording for a few hundred hours, (which I have), is that there are themes and sounds from all of their recordings in each progerssive recording so that it is a flowing progression that hearkens back to earlier days.

I love dark side and i always will, but there not much i dont like by floyd David Gilmour is my guitar hero, saying that nick mason was awesome on drums, i just got my hands on pink floyd: live at pompeii. awesome, i have watched 5times so far while high.... i cant think of anything better to do... ever, that is as good as it gets, honestly, nothing is better than that
