When I was a kid, I thought he was a bitch, and up until a few months ago I had the same train of thought

Now I listen to him quite a bit.. though I get a lotta hate from friends and what not

I also like his older stuff aka first three cds. i thought Encore was the biggest piece of shit he could make. he is selling out to much to mainstream. Yeah the first few albums he had the radio song or two to get play and lots of fans but Encore was a joke. Too much bitching about michael jackson and shit. i like his old shit and some shit he has done with other good rappers.

I always liked him, I feel like he was a natural rebel. The Marshall Mathers LP has to be my favorite CD that he made though. Probably because he receieved major controversy for it and the albums material alone earned him a 30 minute timeline from the beginning development of it to the end and everything that happened around it. I love that album and it is a classical piece.

Have you heard the first Felt: A tribute to Christina Ricci? Very good, although I liked the new one better. Love the music murs and 9th Wonder make. Genius. I think Murs's 3:16 was a perfect cd. You definately got the taste for the underground. What else u listen to?

Honestly, I've always been a fan of Eminem. I thought he was a great lyricist (up until Encore, which really was his worst work.. before then he was awesome). Being a rapper myself, I tend to draw inspiration from rappers like him. Don't get me wrong though, he's not the only rapper I am a big fan of.

Some of my favorite songs by him include Still dont Give a Fuck and As The World Turns (I hang with a bunch of hippies and wacky-tobacco planters, who swallow lit roaches and light up like jack-o-lanterns!), as well as his underground/mixtape songs "Bully" and "Shroomz".

Yeah Ant was doing the beats on the last cd. They did seem to run together or sound similar, not like atmospheres older cds. They semed to be more upbeat, i liked them for this difference kinda gave him a different style, away from his other songs about chicks that were way less upbeat. Ive only heard a little from Adeem and blockhead. CCR has some style and have some Viktor Vaughn. Never heard of Josh Martinez though ill have to check him out.
