When should I feed it ferts???

I have this plant that I just started flowering today after one month of the VEG stage and I was wondering if I should feed the plant ferts now or wait until about a week into flowering. These are the ferts that I am going to use. They are Miracle Gro, I hope they work :o ...

Please don't use those sticks, use a mix you add to water, just be sure to follow directions on the package and you'll be fine. Those sticks will do nothing but ruin your soil.

what kind of lights are you using?......yeah don't use those sticks....

that plant is very underdeveloped for it's age, you do in fact need much better lighting
