Wanted to say hi to all you out there

Looking for some help I am a first timer
I have a Small plant that seems to be burning up after getting some kind of bad soil
I have transplanted it but what can I do to help bring it back to Life ????

Greetings Wicked from S.E. Mass. I think you might have the wrong lights going. Is that a regular light bulb. I use the dual 4' floros from any hardware stor. $10-$15. That looks like a bagseed plant and would be way too tall for an indoor grow, just my thoughts. Here is a pic from one of my last grows, Peace....MrP.

I have been using CF the screw in kind THe big one I had was originally an out door I brought in. Something Burnt it up may have been the lights or my lack of knowledge.
I will say the one bud at the top had 3 seeds in it they looked like the matured I sayved them. Then took the bud from the top and filpped it over this morning my Bro and I smoked it and I will tell you It was the best Tastin Bud I have smoked in my 20 + years.
This is the first time I have ever got it to start and now I just want to learn to make it. It seems the only way to really consitantly get good bud.
I have a ton of seeds going about 50 they are all craked and have white strands coming out about an inch long. I have put a few in cups with soil and have the CF lights on them So hopefully I can make this work....
Here are a few pics of how I got things set now. Any advice would be great....
