Well I was really thinking to my self and I might just go ahead and clone some plants and just growing those out because it seems to save time and money when it comes to constantly buying seeds, but before I do I had a few questions about them. First off, what would be the lowest wattage from a fluorescent light that I could use to grow them, like 150w? Would that work? Also is it really necessary to leave the lights on for the clones 24 hours or would 18/6 work just as well? Also whats the best liquid cloning solution that I could get in America? And if I order some rockwool cubes and a little cloning chamber online with a Credit Card do you think it'd be just as suspicious as a HID light purchase?

Oh yeah I almost forgot lol, when the roots start poking out of the rockwool cubes, is it possible to place them in soil and just water it? I mean wouldnt the roots that show get watered and eventually just grow out even more? I'm asking this because most of the time I only see clones grown hydroponically but I plan on growing in soil so...yeah.

What about the light cycle? Would 18/6 work when trying to root clones?

Just be sure ya soak the Rockwool in 5.5 pH water for about 24 hours before ya stick ya clones in. Squeeze out all excess water when ya take out from soaking also because Rockwool holds shitloads of water.
One other thing, get ya some Anti Wilt spray to spray clones with.

you could even use a 30w cfl on a clone till it fully develops roots and move on up...to the eastside..finally got a piece of the pie...beans dont burn in the kitchen...ooops sorry,....

Cool thanks lol, I think I'm gonna buy two 125w CFL's though, one for clones and one for vegging :).

Is it recommended that I get one warm white bulb and one cool white bulb or does that matter? Whats the difference and if I'm using a CFL like this (http://www.discounthydro.com/Images/Compact-Fluor-Fixture-500.jpg) and can only get one bulb what should I get?

I just use a regular 4' fixture with two 40watt tubes. I did go ahead and speand the money ($7-$15 each) for to full spectrum tubes but you really don't need them.
Cool cool cool is the answer. Warm is no good unless you use just one in a 4 tube fixture, then go 3 cool and one warm. You are just getting them to sprout roots then veg a bit.
Now the cfl I have not used
