Hey people,
I'm going to be flying overseas in about two weeks. And unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I have a 20 hour layover in Amsterdam. And obviously, there is a much better way of spending these 20 hours than trying to sleep in uncomfortable airport benches.
....The problem is, I'm not 18 yet.:(
I'm traveling by myself and I've been in many airports by myself many times before (think I even stopped at Schiphol last year too), so getting lost or missing my flight is not a main concern.
Now obviously I want to go to a coffee shop, but I don't know if it's gonna work out.
First of all, will they let me leave the airport?
What are the chances of me getting asked for an I.D and in what shops will I have better chances? I look pretty mature for my age (thank youuuuu facial hair) so would that help?
I'm not desperate or anything so I don't wanna comprimise anything.
Any and all advise would be appreciated,
Silverant
