Vaps don't hurt your lungs at all, they don't use A direct flame so they don't combust it so therefore no heat and the carsnogenics are in the plant material and the plant isnt burnd, bongs are good because the water stops the heaver then particles.

The guy above is bang on about the vapourizers, i aswell personally think bongs do filter out a lot of bad stuff(just smell the stuff), but theres some people who think they are counter productive and actually do absorb a little amount of THC, either ways bongs are sweet and vapes and amazing.
