cloning question

I have a question regarding what to do with clones that develop at different times.


My Setup
I currently have three clones in starter plugs. The clones were cut from the mother plant 10 days ago and are being kept in a tupperware-esque container. They are under a light set to an 18/6 schedule and get misted 1-2 times a day.


One of my clone's roots has broken through the starter plug. Is it ok to keep the clone where it is with the other 2? I've read that light kills roots so I am worried that keeping it where it is will kill the plant.

It may be worth getting them all in soil sounds like, perhaps wait 1 day then plant, if one "took", they probably all have roots by then. But at the same time, I am no expert, just educated guess.
