question about seeds and stuff

hey i have some left over seeds from this kid i used to buy from ( i got a better dealer now). k so here's the thing:

i cant grow in my house bc i live at home and my mom would kill me. i was wondering if i just planted a few of these seeds somewhere in my yard (i live in NY), would they grow? how long would it take if this is possible? and also how would i care for it w.out making it too obvious? the plant would need to be in the sun, right? also say on the off chance that someone spotted the plant growing and called the cops, could i get in trouble or no?

You are way too late to start from seed in NY.
You should read the FAQs and the boards.
Once you familiarize yourself with the process, you can get started next spring for the 2007 outdoor season.
If you live with your mom, just be aware that if you grow on her property you can get her in deep dookie. Read up on civil forfeiture before you put your family at risk.
Railroad, power lines, thruway property is safer.

plant it in a mcdonalds super-sized cup, place it on an easy accesible roof were noone goes, or an abandon buildings property(that no-one gos to duh) / rail road n such, if u dont want your mother in trouble..good luck

Not on the roof. Summer =over 100'F on the roof= dead plants.
