Here's mine, my friend andrew. Biggest wigger you could ever imagine. Funny, he looks extremely hispanic, but he's portuguese like me, and i'm a pale metalhead haha anyway, we're friends, but i know i don't wanna smoke with him anymore. He's one of those kids that always talks about weed and does the 'imagine doing this high' kind of thing. But, when it comes to when there's actually weed present, he's a retard. He'll take a short little 2 or 3 second hit, and immediately after hitting he gets rid of the smoke. FUCKING WASTE OF WEED!!! Anyway, after repeating these kinds of lame 'hits' for about 4 or 5 times, it'll be his hit, and you go to pass it to him, and he goes 'naw i'm good dude.' waste. And he's always the worst person to be around high, because your sitting htere trying to enjoy your high, you know rambling and laughing and he just goes 'dude calm down!!!' fucking always ruining my high.

Alive, ur wrong about holding hits. holding hits longer does get you higher. for you to get 85% of the THC in the hit, you have to hold in all the smoke for at least 15+ seconds according to High Times.

I told him that after he's done hitting it, take a deep breath of regular air to ensconce the smoke way down in the lungs. it prevented him from coughing and wasting the cloud in his lungs. he was super pleased with the results. he felt like everybody around him for years knew how to smoke and he looked like an idiot. I think most of the time people take wateful hits because they don't realize that the smoke being in close proximity to the throat triggers the gag reflex and makes you cough it all out. they advocate the theory that you don't need to hold it in because when they hold it in, it's too close to their throats and they cough it out

Yea, some people just aren't fun to smoke with. One of my friends is always a jackass when we smoke, he just wants to be a self-absorbed show off the whole time. Let's see...in college I had this friend...actually, he was a friend of my roommates. He was just the biggest ass anyone could be. Never put in for smoke and always had to analyze everyones reasons for smoking. Eventually, I just stopped smoking whenever he was around.

Knew this guy when I worked at Six Flags who was as phoney as can be. Always talked about smoking the "good stuff" and all the things he did while weeded. Anytime it came down to actually smoke, he always had a reason for not smoking.

I dont hold my hits in for very long, along with damaging my lungs further i dont notice much of a difference. I think most of us make concessions for new smokers. I believe most of the rants in this thread are concerning experienced tokers who ought to know better, but they still let their state of inebriation control them. I personally find it really fun and often hilarious when I smoke up newbies. I brought some KB to this new years party and there were some 16 year olds there who had only smoked shwag, and when they hit my shit they were floored and needed to go on a nature walk as if they were shrooming. it really took me back to seventh grade.
