This recipe I use to clean the inside of my glasses, so far no scratches, will work the best if you don't let the dirty stuff sit too long before cleaning (I clean my glass with this every other day), the ingredients are easy to obtain, you may have all of them already available.

Ingredients:
Alcohol - (96 is fine, everclear, pure grain alcohol, the stronger the better).
Vinegar - (White, rice, wine works fine, you may squeeze some lime too).
Grain Salt - (Sea salt).
Aromatic oil or extract - (lavender oil or other natural aromatic essence.)

First:
Fill your glass with HOT, or boiling water and then let it rest for a minute or two, in the meantime you can prepare the formulae.

Then:
On some container (like a cup) mix, 2/4 alcohol, 1/4 Vinegar, 2 or 3 fistfull of salt, 6 drops of lavender extract.

The salt and the oil drops can be added later.

After that:
Empty your glass from the water, fill with the mixture, add the salt and oil if you have not already, now try to cover the holes with ur palm finger or anything you like, and shake it for 1 to 2 minutes, be careful with your glass , you should see how the salt with the other ingredients cleans a lot.

Now:
Rinse thoroughly with hot water ... and ... listo!

Your mileage may vary :twocents: , it works for me, is very clean and bio friendly, should take no longer than 6 or 7 minutes to complete, leaves a nice smell too ;) .

Now ... is time to enjoy again ....

All that is not necessary my good men, just a 5th of everclear and you can clean your whole collection and make em look brand new.

Prolly vinegar cause it's acidic so it might help break all that resin down.

Yup vinegar is a good cleaner, it works better if warm, adds its touch, alcohol by itself is pretty strong and can really clean, salt (not much is needed) helps with more of action, and makes the cleaning faster i guess....
... On the other hand you can just use Drano ;) (j/k don't do it...).

 ?
