Last night my uncle flew in and i drove to pick him up, we got back to my house and we sat in the basement and caught up (havn't seen him in 3 years). While i was doing this i was completely sober.. or so i thought. I don't know what caused it but when i looked at him at first it was normal but then he started to change, sometimes he was just morphed, but other times he had different hairstyle and clothes. I would blink and it would be normal again. I have been dry on weed for 3 days, and the night before i did some dxm. I don't think that any drug was still affecting me though, but i don't know. What could have caused this? (I might have been tired, but i have never experienced anything like this when i was tired before).

You're telling me, I was freaking out in my head, but i didn't want to say anything because i'm not sure what his stance is on drugs.

How long were you up for? Sleep Deprivation can cause hallucinations, typically it takes up to 48 hours, but for me after 24 hours I already would have audio hallucinations. Could of been that and the DXM perhaps, but I don't see how.

Done any Acid before? Could it be a mild flashback?

Nope never done acid, and honestly i had woken up at 1 and it was only 11 when this happend. The robotussin gel packs aren't time released or anything like that are they? I mean there's always an afterglow the next day, but that was just too wierd. Oh well, It was actually pretty cool, i love hallucinations.. it was crazy though, one point i was thinking "omg my uncle is Satan and i can see through his mortal "cover"".

I agree the lack of sleep does strange things at times.

Funny thing that this should pop up. Last week I was reading somewhere about hallucinating from sleep deprivation and I thought, "Wow, thats really interesting." So I forced myself to stay awake for around.....40-43 hours. It was really crazy....not to many straight hallucinations but I experienced many weird audio hallucinations. It definately wasn't worth staying awake for so long though, I dont reccomend it.
