Hello everyone! :)

Just a simple question, I hope someone on here can answer for me.
My brother and I are thinking about growing our own  and we were wondering would it be best to grow our first plants indoors? Or outdoors?

The indoors part seems kinda stressful, with the constant monitoring and hiding from our parents! :p

Would growing outdoors in Dublin be so bad? I've been told that the best weed comes from the wilderness! :p But could one of these wonderful little pants grow in our horrid climate? Wind, rain, patchy sunshine?! Eugh! I'm getting a head ache just thinking about it! :)

Has anyone here tried doing it before? Success? Any ideas on what seeds would be the best for two complete novices?

Thank you guys for taking the time to read this, Hopefully I'll get a reply! :)
Peace.

How'd Lucy B

The short answer is, its too late in the year aldo the lowryder may be poss
the problems you'll face esp in Dublin is the weather .take a look out the window its summer and it humid and wet, which could very well lead to Mold. personaly i wouldnt waste my money. You'd need at least a green house. which i gather you may not have. anyway where are you going to grow em the pheonix parklol. i hope im kidding. as said its very late in the year for outdorr growing Read the Cannabis grow bible by Greg green. try it next march or april try an indica easyer too grow in the long run but im afraid you'll need to read up or you'll be wasting your time.

Sorry Lucy B

Just to add the only thing iVe tryed outdoors is Hemplol .Long story, it was a long time ago when i hadnt got a clue what i was doing. back in the day when i had'nt read a thing i bought some bird seed and grew out the hemp seed hoping to get something lol. well needless to say i didnt get High. i was stuip and young, lol. Aldo i have to say they flowered and luch and green im glad i tryed it it gave some what of a head start give they grow much in the same way. Mark has it right the lowryder are auto flowering as in they dont need to be grown to pre flower unlike Indica and sativa, but like i said above get yourself a good Book and read it over and over. growing can be str forward once you the basic's covered. aldo Dublin is a very built up place so i would fancy youre chances of them not being discovered. Also i could be vey hard to look after them. if youre seen going off the beaten path you could face being some loser up rooting them or worse off all be busted as you tend em. The point im making in what i have too say is just advice go ahead try it out i grew hemp for fk's sake lol. Lets face it youve your hole life ahead maybe you and youre bro can buy an apartment in a couple of years!!. convert a bedroom in a grow room live in the living room and seal the bedroom!. ah if i could do it all over againlol. Im stuck with the wife and kids .We all face problems lol. As i ve said youre better off doing some Reading up and then make your mind.

Hope this expands the idea a little

Peace from D

Thank you so much Mark and Drought for replying to me! :)

Drought - It's not so much that it's difficult for us to find a safe place, My family have a second home which is unused at the moment, and it has a GIGANTIC garden! My Mum and Dad are always too busy to check on it, and it's always left up to my brother and meee :o

It has an old green house so I must look into that lowrider plant thingy you mentioned! :)

Going to that hempstore place on friday, but completely puzzled as to what seeds we should buy?!

It's so hard being a stoner sometimes! hehe! :p

Lmfao!

If I hear anymore about lowryder.Sorry bethren but come on even for a beginner. Its not rated at atall except from a few lol growers commercial that is.Yes its automatic, easy to grow has fuckall potency come on theres a lot a herb out there that can be grown just as easily and the benefits a far greater then "nohigher" lol!

Sorry for being a prick.I haven't had the pleasure of growin it but have smoked it and I'd giv it a 2 soap bar being 0.

Try some Skunk no1 or orange Bud,northern lights#1,Hollands Hope
,Hindu Kush,Mazar Sharif.

Theres plenty of choice for a first time growers these will give you an excellent crop, stone and sense of acheivement that you have done everything yourself.

YOU DETERMINE WHAT HEIGHT,CYCLE AND HIGH ITS GONA BE!

Get some books.Do a little grow to start and the herbs youe oyster lol!

Most of all give the plant the love you expect back and I tell yuo this you WON'T be disappointed!:D

Cool Cool

Ye Knogo's Right There are lots off differnet strain's The NL1 is a good idea for beginners also an Indica. The green house is ideal for outdoor's that may sound Ov but compared to sticking it in Irish soil and weather you'll be giving yourself a head start. You can also control the flowering period with a green house by puting blinds of sorts to block the light so you can force flower. if you get going get some Indica on Saturday or as soon as poss buy a bag of Light Mix if you can 15 euro i think capel St. You wont need to feed em for 3 weeks get some small pots and put down a few if you get the nl you could get some preflowers in about three ish weeks then start blacking out the light to the plants you should be alble to finish the Nl in about 8 ish weeks. pick up some Feed And Bat Guano. it can be done. Like i said its now July you'd need to get cracking...
Hope it helps D

They also sell Female seeds (not feminized).A little bit more expensive 25 euro for 5 but their all female so you know you'l get some herb no matter what.I'd recommend this for first time.
