ive heard you can put a black plastic garbage bag over the plant for twelve hours a day and thats supposed to force flowering. im not 100 percent sure if it works but i have a friend that swares by this method.

What my friends dad used to do was when he wanted to force flower his
outdoor crop, He took a garbage can and covered the plant for twelve hours of darkness.
