i heard that painting your grow area white is better than lining it with foil. is that true that white paint reflects light better than foil?

yes white does foil killed my fucking plants white is better

Stonedpenguin is right, white walls not only reflect more they also dont create hot spots. The foil if has crinkles and such can create hot spots on the plant by reflecting differently and burn parts of it which nobody wants. Mylar is the only thing I would put up instead of white painted walls.

mylar gets hot spots too.
astrofoil is the gear, also called air-cell. its bubble wrap with foily outsides. has best reflection and doesnt reflect heat much at all.

use FLAT WHITE paint, it reflects more light than glossy or semi gloss white

mylar gets hot spots too.
and eats up light,foylon or refletix are a lot better and reusable and a little expensive,flat bright white with a little more titainium added is very reflective....bonbon
