oook so i got high and drunk as hell and ran into a curb only cracking the hubcap but i thought it was serious because of the drugs but while i was looking at my tire a cop pulls up and asks me if i need some help. Sooo i throw the weed in my car under my car only to slide out on the other side where the cop was standing. He quickly picked it up and smelled it with a HUGE smile which i thought he was happy to arrest me. Well he did arrest me but i had throwin' 2-3 ounces and the cop had reported it as a 1/2 ounce which can only mean that cop pinched my shit. fuckin' douchbags get worse and worse.

lol since he just ganked it he should have let you go. that happened to me with an 1/8. the cop took my bowl, bag and eyedrops(wich i really needed cuz i wear contacts) then i saw him smelling the bud when i was in the back of the car and saw him mouth"this is good shit" to his partner. then he gave me a ticket for running the stop sign and told me i could go get another pipe and more weed down the road lol, i was about 2 blocks from a widespread panic concert where a bunch of hippies had opened up shop.

We had a simular thing happen to use. My buddy Tim and i went fishing and just crashed in his car for a couple nights. At 1:00am we hear a knock on the window of the car and it was the police. We had close to two ounces in the car, and a roach-clip with a 1/3 of a joint on it sticking out of the ashtray.
We als had several packages of firecrackers in the glovebox of Tims car.
The cops took one of our bags of weed, half of our firecrackers, and a pack of rolling papers, and left. This happened to us in Michigan,1974, at a lake called, Houghton Lake.

cops dont go by grams or ounces. I was caught a few months ago with just under 3 grams of weed but it was marked down as possession of marijuana under 40 grams. It also depends on your state, i also had to pay $450 dollars, 300 some was for the weed and paraphenelia and the rest for court costs. But then again u said he reported it as 1/2 ounce?? i just got a ticket with my shit written on it and the cop told me i had alot of weed even though 3 grams aint shit.

this sort of thing isnt uncommon. cops are above the law. they take it away alot from what ive heard. id rather have that then get arrested anyway.

It isn't so much that they're above the law, it's the unwritten code that you don't rat out fellow officers. My father was a cop and he was no angel, and he knew of plenty others who were no angels either. But it's all about the 'brotherhood' and to rat is like the ultimate form of betrayal. Especially if you're just one of those cops that just comes in and does your job the way it should be done...when you rat, the downfall of the department and everything is all on your shoulders.
