I used to smoke in the garage at the end of their back garden some years back, but my ole' man said he didn't want nothin like that on his property. yeah thats true the problem is that french fries have so many calories mostly from fat. same with the burgers so if your following your 2000 calorie diet you have used about 1200 of them or more on one meal most of wich was fat. but i agree, if you really like soda and need to lose weight diet is the way to go.

You need to seriously talk to them, not tell them to fuck off every time they open there mouths'. You don't sound like a very nice kid, and your family doesn't sound like a very nice family. I say you reason with them and try to calm them down, stick to your story about holding it for a friend or whatever and just try to be nice to em, even your step mom, no matter how much you hate it. If you want to move back in, get some respect, and get them to be a little nicer to you, this is the best way. If not... move out a get an apartment close to where you live(d), you have a job don't you?

Haha, takes me back. That's how it was with me when I first got caught, though we were actually laughing about it later. They were always making jokes about it... But anyway, it was hell for a few days after I got caught, my mom would come in talking crazy with a crazy look in her eyes every morning when I woke up. It was terrible, but they calmed down quickly and it wasn't so bad afterwards.

I too tried to show my parents articles on the internet, but they wouldn't listen, I remember they would read those damned things put up on those anti-drug sites, since they were the first this you see when you search for 'marijuana facts'. I managed to find some good articles that looked pretty legitimate(I.e. medical studies, by doctors, not the so called 'lies' found on those pro marijuana sites) and read them out loud when they were in their room(they wouldn't read them, my mother used to be a nurse, and thinks she knows everything about the drug). Read that marijuana doesn't kill brain cells, doesn't destoy lives, isn't addictive, and is much safer than alcohol and tobacco. I think it worked. 3 days and I wasn't yelled at anymore, and my dad asked me on numerous occasions if I wanted my weed back a few weeks after that.

My parents are and were very closed minded people, you have to pry them open to get them to listen to any idea you have. If my parents stopped getting angry about it(Christian folks who have never smoked weed in their lives), then so will yours. Good luck, i've already been through what you were going through a long time ago, you'll get through this. No way a little weed would ruin your life and your relationship with your family, your parents have probably done it and/or they probably know many people who have also smoked it. They'll get over it eventually.

Edit: I forgot another good trick that worked for me. Stay positive, smile and keep it real, even when they are yelling at you. Stay calm and try not to lose your cool, I think they will start speaking to you in a civilized manner if you show them you won't be shaken.
