hi can anyone tell me what damage spider mite does and how it affects a crop

Mites suck the juices dry in a plant. You can try 2 drops of ivory soap in a 1 quart sprayer and spray the top and bottom of leaves. If you have a bad infestation, it's better to start over and correct the situation whether in a grow room or outside.
