Intense hallucinations on weed

last night i smoked about 5 times as much as i usually do, and i had quite an interesting experience.

I was watching TV, when i started to see bright neon green glowing blobs start to form around the TV. I should mention that the moment i took my eyes AWAY from the TV, all these hallucinations stopped.

The green blobs formed into a large green inchworm that was moving and dancing around one of the table legs under my TV. I think it even waved at me.

Other than that, I had auditory hallucinations, which included hearing music, and my cellphone ringing.


physically, it was a difficult experience, nonstop-shaking and feeling incredibly cold.

The shitty part was when I looked at my hands and they were snow white, no blood in them at all, and i looked in the mirror and my lips were blue. Not sure if that was real or not, but at the time, it freaked the shit outta me.

Well I know what the blobs where. It happends when your sober too. It could have been because you were starring to long with out blinking or looking at something else. Its something like when your eye sees colour it uses something up and then when its used up your eye will replace it with another colour.

i dont know if i quite beleive that. my friends uncle bought an ounce of some headies. he smoked thirteen blunts with like 5 of us. that was the highest ive ever been i think. we smoked a 1/2 oz., a 1/4, and an 1/8. there was an 1/8 left. we also drank alot. but i was so high that i felt dizzy and nautious when i walked and had to lay down for like an hour. but ive never had hallucinations like what ur talking about. i have heard music and my cell phone ring, but ive never seen a green thing waving at me.

You are correct, marijuana does affect everyone differently, however examine THC and read about the effects on the mind and body. There isn't a way for you to smoke so much you actually hallucinate.. that is, the marijuana won't make you hallucinate. You can look up fast see a door and be so high you think "omg that door just moved, im hallucinating" when in fact the door didn't move, it was your head moving when you saw the door so you told yourself that it happend and so in your head you didn't hallucinate, but you misimformed your brain into thinking you hallucinated and your brain has accepted that fact because you told it it was true.. (sorry if this doesn't make any sense, im stoned right now and am not sure what i typed, but i think it makes sense to me)

I had one night on this stuff my friend grew, it was some potent skunk type bud, and i smoked like 2 bowls of it(not much at all), and for the rest of the night i couldn't stop hallucinating, i was at my friend Genna's, and her TV was doing some mad trippy thing where it would seem to pop out, and then i was looking at her, and from the angle i was at it looked like her face was multi-coloured, i was trippin so hard i was like "your a rainbow girl", lol. Then i was sitting on her couch, and i looked over at her, and she was lipsyncing some song, and it seemed like her eyes were also lip-synching it(that was TRIPPIN'), and she eventually went to go get some munchies, and some wierd music started playin and i thought people were trying to talk to me and stuff, it was soooooooo trip. It WASNT laced because it was my friend who isnt into that kinda stuff who grew it.

I haven't experienced visual hallucinations (other than perceptual distortions), but I can personally vouch for experiencing auditory hallucinations. I've clearly heard voices (that I do not recognize) saying things that are completely out of the blue.

Let me tell you, if you smoked wet shit, you wouldnt be able to sleep. I guarentee your shit isnt laced 40% of the time. Have you seen someone on or had PCP before? Hallucinations while you sleep is the least of your problems if your shit is wet. Like so many others before, this sounds like a case of someone underestimating good smoke. :( :(

Most intense visuals I've had with weed was my periphery vision replaced by a kaleidoscope of colors when I had an interaction with scopolamine (affecting your eyes is one of its side effects). It was the medication combined with a 2 week layoff of daily smoking.

Try getting real high then go someplace pitch black and just stare. For some people, after a while your mind will just start to immagine things and you will see them in front of you. This is the closest I have gotten to a hallucination while on only weed.

I think people do discredit the potential of weed for a couple reasons.

I smoke the absolute best bud I could get my hands on, and I sit back, and can literally go into a daze where thoughts rush around my head and minor visual patterns can be outlined and formed and just barely recognized.. after smoking half a bowl of it. I usually smoke on the most empty stomach I can, and about 20 minutes after I wake up and relieve myself I get stoned as hell.

I'd estimate a lot of people have never experienced truly being this high, because a lot of people do not understand the differences in quality of weed, and a lot of people don't even inhale properly. Not to mention joints and blunts waste a whole lot more weed than any other smoking device.

Sometimes I will reminisce about a sound at I swear I hear it. An example is I swear my cell will be ringing and It will just be sitting there. Also one smoking session I was playing Halo 2 and I swear I was following like shadow images of players and walking into walls and shooting at nothing lol it was nuts.

I've been there before, kind of like having vertigo when your drunk but different. The only times I've had an experience close to hallucenations was when I first started smoking, but everyone use to get FUCKED up the first few times they smoked. Thats why we all started, right?

I've experienced audio hallucinations (music in my head, hearing my cell phone ring over and over), closed eye visuals (these were vivid fratual patterns when I closed my eyes), and mild open eye visuals (bright light, tunneling, seeing movement in the corner of my eye, watching things melt then stop quickly). Hallucinating on weed is so possible. I get closed-eye visuals and mild open-eye visuals on really good stuff. Most people don't even know what level of weed they're smoking, much less the specific strain.

I agree, it affects everyone differently.. when I told my friend how I was feeling, she said she'd never heard that before. The same thing with doctors, never hearing of things before, and so since they haven't, the person experiencing it is a liar. That's total bullshit. You can't just go by what has happened to everyone else or what is the norm. I went to give plasma a few weeks ago and it was supposed to be safe, people did it all the time with no problems. However, I was the only one who couldn't move their fingers afterwards, and had problems with their arm now probably shouldn't do it again. Out of 100 people, 99 could feel one way, that doesn't mean the 100th one has to as well. Anymore, I'm just going to take what people tell me as a generalization, not a fact. Only you know how you feel, no one else is inside your body but you.

It is not 100% fact look at all the people in here who have seen things before. i have had MANY auditory ones where i here people calling me and shit. Most of the people who say you cannot have hallucinations have never ate pot before go eat a quarter worth of weed and tell me your not TRIPING balls, you can get unbeliveable high eating pot. most hallucinations come from sativas which give you a purely head high.

This morning I made my first batch of pot brownies... what a bad idea to eat one! I wanted to test it, so i ate one brownie on an empty stomache, and an hour and a half later i felt SO SICK and shitty... My vision was completely clouded, and I was hallucinating, it was almost like I was dreaming while still conscious. I guess I put way too much weed in them.
Not an experience I'd say I enjoyed...
