bulb question

The top of my biggest plant(sproutling has a giant bulb like its gonna sprout a rose and its only a week or so old.....

plus im getting some yellowing in the leaves and the plant leaves are not straighting out.....???

also ive been giving them liquid h20 with human multi vitamins that are powdered up and disovled in the water...?

Like they said, it dont look like a pot plant, more like another type of weed or something. Why would you give MJ plants human vitamins? No no no. Just go get sum cheap NPK ferts. and ask for a refund for that seed. Never seen one like that. You guys?
