Most likely, yes. It will get dried out severely and won't be as fresh. Fresher weed gets me higher. WAY higher.

get a glass jar...
only leave it in your car if you really have to..
you will still get high. regardless
but why would you want your buds get dried out that quickly
it's gonna end up looking like green dust..don't do it...
put it in the shade and crack the windows too

never store it in a car. the heat dries it all up and may accidentally vaporise the thc level of your bud. leaving it in your car can cause a lot of problems apart from weed getting wasted. if somehow you get pulled over and weird suspicions arise, you're going to be busted. be a responsible toker! until its legalised do it in your home.
i store mine in empty medicine bottles. if they can store pills, they can certainly store your weed. once a month have a lady bug sift through it so it can get rid of stuff that could harm your bud like molds and other micropests.

I used to keep weed in my car becuse i had a wife that didnt like the smell in the house. It certainly dried out a little more than i would have liked, but i didnt notice any other adverse effects. The weed still smoked beautifully!
I now use a large clear plastic container for storing larger quantities, that has no smell of plastic present, and it has a lid that snaps down on all four sides. Its great for keeping the smell in. And for small amounts i use a 35mm camera film container. Again great for keeping the smell at bay.
