The Golden Rule, whoever has the gold, rules.

Follow the Yellow Brick Road.

Golden Virginia Hand Rolling Tobbacco - £2-£3, 12g pouch.

How much is 12g of Weed?
Over £100 in most places. However, the real price of the herb is even less than the tobbacco.
How much would 12g of weed last for me, hmmm. As a moderate smoker, 2-4 weeks alone, 1 week with other people.
£2 get's me high for a month.

Cannabis is illegal, not because it is dangerous. Nor is it illegal because of "ignorant" politicians. It is illegal because more money is made that way.

Everything in this world is controlled by currency. Human Rights, Safety of the public, and everything else, comes second to this simple question that has run through the heads of every man, woman and child there has ever been. "How can I make money out of it".

This is what the American government asked. Their solution, "We'll make it illegal, inflate the price over 100 times it's value on the black market, and rake in the profits."

Please take time to read through this site, http://www.ciadrugs.com.

Why is it that the only people that get arrested for drug offences or your average joe pot smoker or grass roots drug dealer. How come, with all the expertise and intelligence of the world's anti-drugs units cannot spot a 50 acre cocaine farm in the middle of a jungle. (It's that big giant clearing in the jungle that doesn't have any trees and has combine harvesters and tractors)

Look at the Armed Forces in Afghanistan, they've been told to capture the poppy fields. Not to destroy them, capture and protect them.

It is money which has made most drugs illegal.

The plant based drugs, are so easy and cheap to produce en masse.
People wouldn't go over the £5 mark for a month's supply of a particular drug.

This is at odds with the consumerism of today. Today everything is all about the quick fix, at high prices. We'll use the golden virginia as an example. A 12g pouch would last me, a moderate smoker of tobbacco, 3-4 days. At 10 rolls a day. So between 30-40 ciggarettes for £2-£3. A regular 20 pack of ciggarettes is £4-£5, and you'd be lucky to get into the second day with a ciggarette left.

But rolling tobacco takes time, an average of 15 minutes to roll and smoke for me. Cigarettes can be smoked in 2 mins.

THe only reason people buy cigarettes, is because they can consume it quickly. So what if it costs dearer than it should, all the hard work has been done, all I have to do is light it.

Cannabis, cannot be consumed in such large quantities. Meaning you won't be buying more cannabis every day.

Don't concern yourself with debating over the health risks/benefits. They're just there as a distraction to the real reason.

Money talks, weed is dirt cheap and lasts a hell of a lot longer than a bottle of pepsi.
