I was just wondering if the air has any mj smell at all after being filtered.
Just wondering so I can deside where to exhaust the air.

I'd rather not go threw the window.
So I'm shooting for the attic.
I just don't want a mantenaince guy going up there for something and smelling mj. But I figured with the carbon scrubber and a filter so the light doesn't shine up there.
And if I get a notice that the maintinance guy is coming.
Then I can remove it temperarily. And replace the light fixture that is in the cieling now.
Or I can go threw the attic entrance in the same room.
But I'm planning on running the 400 watt MH exhaust threw that one and the 100 watt HPS threw the hole from the light.

My main question is if you put your face up to the duct.
Can you smell MJ at all?
Or does the scrubber take care of it all?

I'm sure it kills all odor for that much money.
I got huge one too. With 465 cfm blower.

It will come from the scrubber ,to the light, to the blower ,to the attic.

just vent to the attic, attics have their own odd smell, adding a few cubic feet of mj smell wont affect it one bit, unless the maint. man goes and smells your exhaust fan area; even then, the stiffling heat will make him short stay up there anyways.

Ya.
I don't think anyone will even go in there.
I'm just planning just incase.
It would have to be a freeky reason for someone to have to go up there.

Nice.
Thanks for puting my mind at ease.
I got the 38 special carbon scrubber.
It should work great.
I'm a;lso using my 465 blower to suck the air out of the hood.

u know what jdog. Thats what exaust smells a bit. the air comming from the hood.

Yes,good point.
I've been thinking about that.
The line must be totally sealed or some stinky air could get sucked threw.
No problem. I'm using that foil Duct tape for that.

coo coo.

Has anyone ever just trying to use baking soda? i know that you are supposed to use that in the fridge and freezer to reduce any smells.

Not even close to powerful enough.
I know a guy who uses oder liquid stuff and water crystals.
And he's a breeder!
On top of that his strains stink more then most.
