When in the search for ones supreme self, there are many options, many paths. One could forget everything and instantly become ONE, or could become ONE with everything. I am undecided. Whats your path?
Yoga?
Tai Chi Chuan?
Other forms of meditation?
Religion?
What?
Please explain your path to me so that I can better understand.
Thank You.

Excellent question and well put I may add.
My own path has no label of words. I am one who believes that we are all come from and are connected to one singular source of energy. We are all comprised of the same energy and the same matter. We are all interconnected with each other and with this earth. I am as much you as you are me. We all share a common purpose but have different roles to play to reach that goal.
This physical world offers too many distractions now and so many of us have lost our sense of connection and our direction. Too many of us are deaf to the guidance that is provided for us. And as long as there are more of us distracted than there are focussed we are failing to reach or objective. I am not going to pretend to know or understand what this objective is but I do know the role I play in this great mystery.
My beliefs stem from my own experiences and from my deep rooted sense of what is right rather than from words set down on paper.
Dont get me wrong, recording ones beliefs is important to bringing more people into focus but this always has to be tempered with the deel feeling of rightness that I mentioned. If it doesnt feel right it is not right, regardless of how many other people feel it is.
I believe we are spiritual beings participating in a common physical experience. This plane is but one small aspect of what is life and therefore our beliefs should not come solely from what we experience here but rather what we feel and experience as a sould unfettered by flesh. Our dreams, visions, journeys into other realms are where we draw our guidance, feel our connection to this universal love, and get the strength to carry on here.
When you have the wisdom to trust in yourself the world becomes a different place and our own sacred role becomes clearer and we find ourselves not feeling a need to depend upon a set religeon or pre-chosen path to feel fulfilled. We can live and learn and change and accept that we do not need to pick a mask/hat and wear it forever.
We evolve constantly and we will find ourselves in conflict with our own evolution as long as we try to contain it within someone elses rules.
peace and joyful quest friends.

Simplify
Yogas dicsiplined approach to simplifying ones conciousness and energy to the point where we no longer experience any inner conflict and are able to live in harmony with the world. More specifically Unitive refers to the goal of many branches and schools of Yoga, which is to realize your essential nature, the SELF (atman, purusha), by consciously uniting with it. This understanding of Yoga is characteristic of those teachings that subscribe to a nondualist metaphysics according to which the Self is the ultimate singular Reality underlying all phenomena.
Disconnect
A different understanding prevails in the dualist schools, notably Patanjali's yoga-darshana ('vision/system of Yoga"), which is also known as Raja-Yoga or Classical yoga. For Patanjali, the yogic process is not so much one of union with an ultimate Reality as disunion (viyoga), or disconnection, from the ego-personality. But the final outcome is the same, for whn the spiritual practitioner has succeeded in transcending the ego, he or she simultaneously realizes the Self, or Spirit.

Hindu religious philosophy is based on eperiene, on personal discovery and testing of things. It does not say, "believe as others do or suffer." Rather, it says, "know thy self, inquire and be free." There are no heretics in Hinduism, for God is everywhere and in all things.
"In all worlds He is, the Holy Lord. In darkness He is, light He is. In sun He is, in moon He is. Everywhere He is. The Lord is in all creation. none knows His coming and going. He is distant. he is near. Multiple He is. OneHe is. Water, earth, sky, fire and wind, the spark within the body-all these He is. he is the walking jiva here below. Deathless He is."
What Do Most Hindus Believe?
1 hindus believe in the divinity of the Vedas, the worlds most ancient scripture, and venerate the Agamas as equally revealed. These primordial hymns are Gods word and the bedrock of Sanatana Dharma, the eternal religion which has neither beginning nor end.
2 Hindus believe in a one, all pervasive Supreme Being who is both immanent and transcendent, both Creator and Unmanifest Reality.
3. Hindus believe that the universe undergoes endless cycles of creation, preservation and dissolution.
4. Hindus believe in karma, the law of cause and effect by which each individual creates his own destiny by his thoughts, words and deeds.
5. Hindus believe that the soul reincarnates, evolving through many births until all karmas have been resolved, and moksha, a spiritual knowledge and liberation from the cycle of rebirth, is attained. not a single soul will be eternally depreived of this destiny.
6. Hindus believe that divine beings exist in unseen worlds and that temple worship, rituals, sacraments as well as personal devotionals create a communion with these devas and Gods.
7. Hindus believe that a spiritually awakened master, or satguru, is essential to know the Transcendent Absolute, as are personal discipline, good conduct, purification, pilgrimage, self-inquiry and meditation.
8. hindus believe that all life is sacred, to be loved and revered, and therefore practice ahimsa, "noninjury".
9. Hindus believe that no particular religion teaches the only way to salvation above all others, but that all genuine religious paths are facets of Gods Pure Love and Light, deserving tolerance and understanding.
All Hindus worship one Supreme Reality, though they call it by many names, and teach that all souls will ultimately realize the truth of the Vedas and Agamas. Hindus believe that there is no eternal hell, no damnation. They concur that there is no intrinsic evil. All is good. All is God.

You always have access to your supreme self. Everyone's path is unique, there are no written rules that you can follow to come to this state of being. In all cases though, the illusion of ego must be released. It only takes one step, after that never look back.
