how to use niacin

how much niacin do u take before your test. it is 250mg i am 5'7 and 155 pounds and i stop smoking for 21 days and i see him at 10 or 11am july 6 i need to now as soon ASAP. :smokin: :stoned:

Never heard of niacin working....ever. I've heard they check for excess ammounts of that stuff now anyway. You'r best (and only) option is to either substitute or dilute the sample. If you've stopped for 21 days, then drink a bunch of water and you'll be fine.
