does anyone know how many plants i can grow in kern county???? i heard it was 49 but just wanted to make sure.

I don't think you heard right... 49 is how many plants someone can grow within a certain lawful boundry of sentance...it then jumps up to somewhere around 99... I'm pretty sure medical patients can grow less than ten, maybe only 5...
