for me its lights on, cause the way i look at it is that people who have sex with the lights off are rather ashamed of who there having sex with or ashamed that there having sex period...like its wrong.

Lights on. But not harsh, fluorescent light. Something moderate and flattering works well. Dim light is nice, too. Heck, what am I saying? Dark is great, too.
