resize problems

i have a gif that i want to have as my avatar. I tried to use photoshop and imageready, but it wouldnt save as GIF. Could someone help.:(

I dont think you can re-size a animated gif, I mean I could in Macromedia but it wouldnt be the same quality and probably a bit slower.

Hey, flash has gotten a lot better with animated gifs, you have to admit. The jump from 7 to 8 was huge.
