Why must people, be so in the dark about smokin' pot. I love walkin' the streets with a good glass pipe or fat ass blunt, but, just about 89% of the people I meet, always tell me to put it away. Well i am tierd of hearing that. We need to, start having more weed smell out on the steets in stead of people, being so scared. I wish it were that easy sure i would love to smoke a blunt on the streets now and i have but now i am learning when you get older if you get caught that shit dont go over too well plus on the streets if someone who respects you sees you smoking they will tell everyone Once i get what i want out of life i will then let people know i smoke but until then unless your a select few you wont know and you wont get to share my bud with me until you fully understand sorry off topic but yeah i would love to see it legal but just think bout it this way for every one of us that wants it legal our government will try even harder to make it illegal whether it be starting programs for shall i even say it "addicts" fucking joke rehab lol or even the pressure of the police on the street i cant even drive smoking a blunt for a lil more than a mile and see at least 2 cops and i live in the boonies the government is fucked up

^ exactly what he said. Why is it that booze was once illegal and now its legal? I mean, i stand firm to this day and say that alcohol is WAY worse than weed. Alcohol not only makes you feel like crap usually, but it also makes you puke and too many people have gotten into accidents because of it. I have never heard of anyone getting into an accident because of weed. The government is too fucked up and they need to legalize something that is way more safe than alcohol. For some reason everyone thinks that weed is such a bad thing and if you do it then you will end up a bum or end up ruining your life. I've been smoking it for like 2 years now and it hasn't changed me in any ways at all.

I did not think twice about it... school, streets, restraunt patios.. even in front of LEO now and then...

then I just stopped smoking so much...

I don't care who knows I smoke, I just don't feel like getting caught. I value my MJ a little too much to go walking down the street and risk a cop taking it up or 'causing my dad to have to pay a ticket. And if someone doesn't like weed then I don't think they should have to smell it on the streets or have it smoked in their face. But yeah, pot is definitely less dangerous than alcohol and less harmful to your body than cigarettes..

I have never smoked on the streets.. too paranoid i guess. I have been in trouble with the cops a lot in my life so that's where the paranoia comes from i guess. But yeah, i smoke cigarettes, but it seems to have no effect on my lungs. I have been smoking them for a good time now and i have no smokers cough and have no lung problems when running. I think i'm blessed :) Either way, i smoke weed too and i can still do the same running excercises i have always been able to do. Long distance running has always killed me though.

The Canadian decriminilization proposal is far from fair, look it up. It's a lot easier to force a smoker into rehab or give them a big ticket than it is to put them through the legal system, expect a lot less breaks from cops.

89% was only a figure of speach, I mean hell, life shouldn't have to be this fucked up. Why can't people be more calm in this rat race, of a hell hole, we call earth. every body should just grow thire own bud and share with who the want, I know not fisically, posibble but get Alcohol, and all the dope, off the streets, and enjoy what mother nature has given us, Mary Jane.. Maybe a little to hippish,for some people, but what were people doing when there was no computors, no T.V., cars, they were tokkin' it up, and i don't nessicerly toke up like that on a dayly basis, just quit being so parinoid about it
